Fifth Form End of Year Party! 

 Don’t forget to secure your ticket for the Fifth Form End of Year Party! Beind held this year at Ackworth School.

What to expect?

Drinks on arrival – will be held on The Green (weather permitting).

All decorations throughout inc. table decorations, crockery/cutlery room decor etc. (chosen by the student committee). 

Hot and cold Buffet (this option was the preference of the student committee).

Chocolate Fountain and Candy Cart.

Professional Photographer – will be taking photographs throughout the evening from arrival and drinks reception to dancing! There will also be opportunity to have formal photographs during the evening. Props will be provided for something a little more fun! A link will be made available to all and pictures can be downloaded and printed at home, alternatively the photographer will be happy to print them for a small charge after the event. 

Cocktail Bar and Mixologist – a range of non-alcoholic cocktails will be available and there will be an opportunity to make your own cocktail! Each person will be given 3 vouchers entitling them 1 cocktail per voucher. 

DJ – requests will be taken! Don’t forget to kick off those heels and bring some dancing shoes!

Soft drinks will be available throughout the event. 

The dress is Formal

Arrival time 18.15 – Please drop off at the bottom of The Green (long wheel based vehicles such as Stretch Limos must drop off in car park)
