Playing in the Royal Albert Hall is something that most young musicians only ever dream about. On13th November this dream became a reality for me, as I found myself on the stage with the rest of my jazz band (Manygates Big Band), playing an improvised solo on the tenor sax, with 5000 pairs of eyes on me. Scary? Not really! It was, however, an exhilarating and unique experience which it will be impossible to forget.
