Ackworth School was founded over 200 years ago and is situated in its own estate with extensive gardens and gracious Georgian buildings of great distinction. Over the years, the buildings have been extended and modernised to meet the needs of the time and they offer excellent facilities for residential conferences and meetings. The estate includes two large playing fields, eight tennis courts, a 30-metre heated indoor swimming pool and a large, well-equipped sports hall. There are three fully equipped halls seating from 100 to 600 delegates. Many smaller rooms are also available. A variety of comfortable accommodation, ranging from single rooms to small dormitories, is available, depending on your requirements. Catering is to the highest standard and all special dietary requirements can be met.
