Andrew Flintoff Cricket Academy

The Andrew Flintoff Cricket Academy is returning to Ackworth School in the Summer from 1^st-5^th August. Freddie says ‘I’m delighted my Academy is back at Ackworth this year. Although it is sad that my playing career has come to an end it means that I am able to devote more time to my Academy. I've been working on the curriculum and we've got some fantastic coaches on board’.

The academy is a fun-filled cricket course for all cricket enthusiasts and for those who want to just have a go. The week is filled with quality coaching, challenges and games.

‘I plan to visit more Academies in 2011 and see lots of youngsters enjoying playing cricket. Yorkshire has always been a great area for developing cricketers and my Academy aims to continue this in the future.’
